ConstantCare247 was founded by Gwen Crossett, RN, BS, who brings over 25 years of health care experience, including more than a decade focused specifically on eldercare. Gwen started the company because of her love of nursing and her commitment to putting clients needs and wishes first, helping families navigate a health care system that can otherwise feel overwhelming. As ConstantCare247 nears 10 years in business, we have grown to support our clients in every stage of their aging journey.
